A simple day, a big lesson. ๐Ÿ’™

Our Valentineโ€™s activity,
reminds us that Valentineโ€™s is not only about roses, chocolates, or sweets,
but about kindness, generosity, and learning to care for others.

Through this meaningful activity, our learners experienced the joy of giving by sharing toys and school supplies that they personally prepared and gift-wrapped with their own hands.
In that simple act of sharing, they learned that love is not measured by what we receive, but by what we are willing to give.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to

Thank you for helping us create a day filled with kindness and learning.

You were chosen by your teachers because of your effort and performance in school,
and today you reminded us that kindness and hard work always go together.

reminding us that even the smallest hands can give the biggest love.

Today was a simple gift-giving activity,
but the lesson it left in our hearts was bigger than we could ever wrap.

๐Ÿšš Everyday Number Stories: Loading the Dump Truck

For this counting activity, our little construction workers pretended to load a dump truck. One piece inโ€ฆ count one. Another piece inโ€ฆ count again.

Changing the theme helps keep counting interesting. This time, counting felt like real work โ€” loading, counting, and checking again.

One-to-one counting is a very important part of early math. Through activities like this, our little construction workers practice counting carefully, one item at a time ๐Ÿ’›

๐Ÿ”ฉ Nuts and Bolts Play ๐Ÿšง

Turning, twisting, tryingโ€ฆ and trying again ๐Ÿ˜„
Little hands figuring it out one turn at a time.

A Montessori-inspired activity that builds focus, coordination, patience, and fine motor skills โ€” because learning happens when we keep trying ๐Ÿ’›

Walk Around, Run a Little, Jump Over! ๐Ÿ‘ฃ๐Ÿšง

We set up a simple obstacle course using construction cones. ๐ŸšงOur busy construction crew were guided to walk around, run a little, jump over, go left, go right, and move all the way to the finish line.

It looked simple, but a lot was happening. They were practicing their gross motor skills, body control, and listening as they followed directions step by step.

Moving, trying, and learning through their bodies ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ‘ฃ

๐Ÿ“–โœจ Everyday Phonics Stories โœจ๐Ÿ“–

Teacher Tin guided our learners as they explored the letter M.

M for milk โ€” mmm, mmm! ๐Ÿฅ›
M for mama โ€” mama, mmm! ๐Ÿ’›

To deepen their learning, our little learners also practiced the /m/ sound through tactile letter tracing, feeling and forming the letter /m/ with their hands while saying the sound aloud.

๐Ÿ”จ๐Ÿ  โ€œI need more nails!โ€ ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ”จ
โ€œThis is my house. Iโ€™m going to build my own house.โ€

Thatโ€™s what one of our little construction workers said while carefully tracing the shape of a house and hammering golf tee nails into cardboard โ€” tap, tap, tap!

What may seem easy for adults is actually a big challenge for little hands. Hammering takes focus, strength, coordination, and patience โ€” and they enjoyed every tap and every nail they added.

And the best part? Even the girls joined in happily. Today proved that building, creating, and being a construction worker is for everyone. ๐Ÿ’›

Everyday Number Stories ๐Ÿ‘€

Cute or scary? This one was absolutely cute.
With googly eyes and friendly monster faces, counting turned into adding eyesโ€ฆ
one eye ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ, two eyes ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ, three eyes ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ๐Ÿ‘๏ธโ€ฆ and one more! ๐Ÿ˜„

There goes our six-eyed monster! ๐Ÿ‘พ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ

Our learners were eager to count and curious to keep adding. So visual, simple, and really fun to watch ๐ŸŽจโœจ
Changing the theme each week makes counting feel new again and something to look forward to โค๏ธ

Back in November, we tried a simple experiment called the "HIDING MONSTER". Each learner was given a paper with a hidden monster.๐Ÿ‘ป
At first, some of them were a little scared. They wondered what their monster would look like and watched closely as they started.
Using a special magic ink ๐Ÿช„โœจ, they slowly painted over the paper.
Little by little, the monster appeared.๐ŸงŸ๐ŸงŸโ€โ™€๏ธ

โ€œOhhh.โ€
โ€œWow.โ€
โ€œMonster!โ€ ๐ŸงŸโ€โ™€๏ธ๐ŸงŸ

What started with a bit of fear slowly turned into curiosity and amazement.
Our learners were introduced to something new and discovered that monsters are not so scary after all.. โœจ๐Ÿ’›

Everyday Number Stories โ˜๏ธโœŒ๏ธ๐Ÿ”ข

๐Ÿ”ฅ For our Firefighter Week counting activity, we stacked cups like fire and used balls to knock them down. The plan was to throw the ball and count how many cups fell.
At first, we tried countingโ€ฆ but soon our learners became more interested stacking the cups. Tall towers, little towers, falling towers...๐Ÿ—ผ๐ŸŽณ
Counting happened in little moments, stacking happened more, and everyone joined in their own way. Thatโ€™s how learning looks at this age โ€” playful and full of trying ๐Ÿ’›
