Hello everyone! The council will sign your clearances at march 18,2019 at the college student's lounge starting at 8:30-9:30am in the morning.
In the afternoon, signing will start at 3:30-5:00pm only. Thank you and see you all on monday!

Clearance Signing Process of CTEASS:

Step 1:

Get the departmental clearance at SEAS office room 219.

Step 2:

Make sure to go first to your respective minor orgs for their initial signature.

Step 3:

After securing the minor orgs signature. Proceed to the CTEASS for their signature and stamp.

Last step proceed to the Dean's office for her signature.

*PAID MEM FEE OF 150Php
*Paid intrams shirt and jersey

All bonafide Divinian College Students are encouraged to get a "Thank a Teacher Card" for free and give them to your teacher / professor as a way of expressing gratitude.

The card will be available at Room 123 (old CSEB office) starting tomorrow Monday, September 24, 2018 from 8:00am to 5:00pm only (No Lunch Break).
