If there is one best practice that the Journalism and Broadcasting Departments consistently uphold, it is ensuring that all interns are deployed to companies and offices that match their discipline and area of expertise.
For the 2026 internship program, we are deploying 142 students to various information offices and media-related companies and institutions, where they will gain hands-on experience and deepen their understanding of professional media practice and real-world industry standards. 💙🧡

With the nationwide suspension of work and classes from July 23 to 25, 2025, due to inclement weather, which affected regular University academic operations, the enrollment period for first-year students is hereby extended until 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟯𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.

This extension aims to ensure all incoming students are given sufficient time and opportunity to complete their enrollment requirements without penalty or delay. Department and administrative units involved in the enrollment process are requested to accommodate this extension accordingly.

For inquiries and assistance, students may visit the office of their respective college/unit registrars during regular working hours.

BU HEALTH SERVICES ANNOUNCEMENT | The medical and dental examinations at the Bicol University Health Services will resume once the suspension of work in government agencies is officially lifted.

In line with this, laboratory results submitted beyond their original validity period will still be accepted, except in cases where significant findings are detected, in which a repeat or follow-up test may be required for verification and safety purposes.

The NSTP enlistment form can be printed on any size of paper. As long as it is readable and signed by your NSTP Coordinator, you’re good to go!
