April 22, 2022, Friday at 1:00 o'clock in the afternoon at the identified classroom per section. The main agendum of the meeting is the preparation of the school in the Implementation of Limited Face-To-Face Classes for Grade 10.

Ang Filipino Department ay magsasagawa ng Pangkatang Pagtatasa sa Pagbasa sa Filipino (Group Screening Test) para sa Baitang 10 sa Abril 6, 2022 Miyerkules mula ikawalo ng umaga hanggang ika-apat ng hapon.
Mangyaring dalhin ang sulat na binigay ng g**o o tagapayo upang maging madali ang paghahanap ng inyong Testing Room. Pumunta sa Testing Room ilang minuto bago ang oras ng inyong iskedyul. Magdala ng sariling ballpen para sa pagsasagot.
Ang iskedyul at tala ng mga mag-aaral sa bawat batch ay nasa mga kalakip na larawan.

EXTENSION OF HEIGHTENED RESTRICTIONS DUE TO INCREASING COVID-19 VIRUS INFECTION IN THE MUNICIPALITY

Due to the still increasing trend in the COVID-19 virus infection in the municipality, the following measures and restrictions are hereby ordered:

1. HEIGHTENED RESTRICTIONS stated in the EXECUTIVE ORDER No. 32 series of 2021 is hereby extended from October 3, 2021 to October 15, 2021 to wit:

1.1 CURFEW HOURS from 8 PM to 5 AM the next day.
1.2 MARKET AND BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT OPERATIONS shall be from 6 AM to 6 PM only.
1.3 OPERATIONS OF BARS AND RESORT shall remain at 30% capacity only.
1.4 SUSPENSION of modular form of classes.
1.5 LIMITED TRICYCLE OPERATIONS.
1.6 SUSPENSION OF FLEA MARKET on Saturdays and Sundays.

2. FULL LOCKDOWN of Purok 6 at Bagong San Roque (barangay Chapel to Kantarilla river) from October 2, 2021 to October 15, 2021.

2.1 Barangay Officials and Tanods shall set up a control point in the area to control people movement to and from the area.
2.2 Only essential workers health personnel, and barangay officials are mandated to pass through the control points as long as they are not concluded in the contact tracing list.
2.3 Temporary Closure of the road section to all kind of traffic section from Barangay Chapel to Kantarilla river.
2.4 Absolute BAN on gatherings in the area including birthdays and similar occasion.

3. Everyone is also encouraged to strictly observe the minimum health protocols being implemented at all times. These are:

3.1 Wearing of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) whenever going out of the residence. (Face mask, Face Shield, etc.)
3.2 Practicing good hygiene (frequent handwashing, alcohol based sanitizers, etc.)
3.3 Maintain at least one (1) meter physical distancing in public places.
3.4 Avoidance of confined spaces during meetings.
