Prayer for St Agnes (St Agnes Feast Day 21 January)

O lovely St Agnes, spotless lamb of Christ,
you glorified God in fidelity and purity,
and in your love for Christ you persevered,
even unto a martyr’s death,
and gained the crown of eternal life.
By your constant prayers,
protect us from every danger on our
pilgrimage of faith and intercede for us in all
of our needs and trials.
Through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Our Food Care Kit Project
After launching our first initiative, 5-Kit Project, we saw firsthand the need to help out more families. As the holidays are nearing, we plan to include food items to the care kit. These Food Care kits will benefit the affected families that don't have the resources to put a simple meal on the table for the holidays.

The wake of Typhoon Rolly left our family and friends in Bicol with little to nothing. Since then, we have seen an immense outpouring of prayers, acts of kindness and well wishes from all over the world.

Unfortunately, for one of our dear friends, Alma Alvarez Benedicto, she and her family lost their home a few hours ago to a huge fire. Thankfully, there were no casualties. She and her family have nothing but the clothes on their backs. Nonetheless, they are still grateful to have each other despite the loss of their beloved home.

We are reaching out to each of you at this time of need to help Alma and her family recover from this devastating incident. Any amount will help. No amount is too small to provide comfort for her and her family at this time of grief.

Alma is a good friend and whether it’s been decades ago or just recently that she’s kept in touch with you, she has positively touched your life with her warm and vibrant heart.

For those that are willing to send in financial assistance from the US and other countries, please reach out to Doreen Arevalo Lopez to coordinate.

Or you may directly send to Almz Alvarez:
