Bicol University Trade School (ATS, BRSAT, BUSAT, BUCIT)

By virtue of R.A. 1129, the Albay Trade School was converted into the Bicol Regional School of Arts and Trades.

The college started as an Industrial Arts Department of the Albay Elementary School and was absorbed as a vocational department of Albay High School, later converted into the Albay Trade School offering courses in the Elementary Level. It was in December 22, 1995, by virtue of Board Resolution No.41, series 1995 the School of Arts and Trades became the College of Industrial Technology, Bicol University.
