WHO: All Students listed below
WHAT: Claiming of school ID
WHERE: Office of Student Affairs and Services
WHEN: Monday to Friday (Morning: 8:30 to 10:00 and Afternoon: 1:30 to 4:00) until November 18, 2023 (Saturday 9:00 am to 12:00 noon)

Process of claiming the school ID
STEP 1. Get the Personal Data Slip to the Guard (entrance gate).
STEP 2. Fill out the slip and proceed to the Guidance office to fill out the sociodemographic profile.
STEP 3. Once accomplished, proceed to the Office of Student Affairs and Services to claim your school ID.
