Held last December 18, the second day continued the much-needed rest, laughter, and recharge for ELT students after an intense finals week. A simple pause proved powerful in restoring energy and motivation.

It’s that time of the semester again — Finals Week is officially here! Long nights of studying, endless reviewing, and countless cups of coffee have all led to this moment. Every note you’ve taken, every quiz you’ve survived, and every late-night review session is now coming together. It’s natural to feel stressed or tired, but remember that this is also the time to show how much you’ve grown and learned throughout the semester.

Good luck to all students taking their exams! Stay focused, trust in your preparation, and take each test one step at a time. Remember to breathe, pace yourself, and don’t forget to take short breaks to recharge. You’ve worked hard for this, and your effort will surely pay off. Finish strong and make yourself proud!

The 𝗕𝗨-𝗘𝗟𝗧𝗔 Preamble stands as a declaration of purpose for all BS/BINDTECH Electrical Technology students of the 𝗕𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗹 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 (𝗕𝗨𝗖𝗜𝗧). As a department-based organization, we unite under a shared commitment to uphold integrity, pursue technological advancement, and deliver meaningful service to the school, community, and nation. Guided by principles that honor our responsibilities to BUCIT and to Almighty God, the Preamble reinforces our duty to lead with accountability, strengthen solidarity within the BS/BINDTECH ELT program, and uphold a constitution and by-laws that reflect our vision, identity, and collective strength.
