Competition Guidelines:
1. Eligibility
Open to all eligible students of the school.
Participants may join individually or as a team, as determined by the organizers.
2. One Entry Only
Each participant may submit ONE (1) design entry only.
Multiple submissions will result in disqualification.
3. Design Requirements
The Golden Aquila must be a central or significant element of the design.
It must remain recognizable and preserve its identity and symbolism.
The design must clearly represent the spirit of the Intramurals, sportsmanship, unity, and school pride.
4. Originality & AI Policy
Designs must be original and created by the participant.
Copying, tracing, plagiarism, or unauthorized use of artwork is prohibited.
AI-generated designs are strictly NOT allowed.
Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other digital tools may be used, provided the design is created by the participant.
5. Design Format
Designs must clearly show their intended appearance on an Intramurals shirt or jersey.
Front, back, or complete mockups are accepted.
Entries must be clear, presentable, and suitable for actual production.
6. Content Restrictions
Designs must be appropriate for a school setting.
Offensive, discriminatory, vulgar, political, or inappropriate content is prohibited.
7. Submission
Submit the design through the official Google Form.
Ensure the file is clear and high-quality.
Submitted entries cannot be replaced or resubmitted.
8. Rights & Use
By submitting, participants allow the organizers to display, reproduce, modify, and use the design for official Intramurals-related purposes.
The winning design may be adjusted for printing, embroidery, or production.
9. Disqualification
Entries may be disqualified for violating any competition guideline, including multiple submissions, plagiarism, AI-generated artwork, or failure to feature the Golden Aquila.
10. Final Decision
The decision of the judges and organizers shall be final and irrevocable.
Submission of an entry signifies agreement to these guidelines.

Creativity & Originality - 30%
Originality - 25%
Golden Aquila Integration & Intramurals Relevance - 30%
Visual Appeal & Design Quality - 15%
