The 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐏𝐈𝐂𝐡𝐄 𝐁𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 was successfully held on August 1, 2026, at Bicol Food Delights, Legazpi City, with the theme, "𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲: 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲, 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲-𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀."

Held on August 1, 2026 at Bicol Food Delights, Legazpi City, Albay, the event brought together participants both on-site and online from PIChE Bicol, PIChE-JCBU, and PIChE-JCD under the theme: "𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙋𝙪𝙧𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙚: 𝘽𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙄𝙣𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙫𝙚, 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙁𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚-𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙀𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙧𝙨."

The training served as a meaningful platform for developing leadership, strengthening collaboration, and empowering chemical engineering professionals and students to lead with integrity, inclusivity, and purpose.

🌱 𝑷𝑰𝑪𝒉𝑬 𝑩𝒊𝒄𝒐𝒍 𝑮𝒐𝒆𝒔 𝑮𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒏 — 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑾𝒆 𝑺𝒉𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒅 𝑼𝒑!🌿

Today, June 27, 2026, PIChE Bicol members rose early and showed up for the environment! In partnership with the𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘇𝗽𝗶 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 (𝗢𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗥), our members gathered at the Brgy. Banquerohan Tree Growing Site to plant seedlings and take action for a greener Bicol.

From the early morning assembly at Albay Cathedral to the last seedling in the ground — our chemical engineers proved that caring for the environment is part of who we are. 💚

Every tree planted today is a promise to the next generation. 🌳
Thank you to all the PIChE Bicol members who came out, rolled up their sleeves, and made this happen. And a huge thank you to the City Government of Legazpi and OCENR for having us!
This is just the beginning. 🌍
