𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | 𝗜𝗡𝗞𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁: 𝗔 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿-𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗺

Nav𝐄𝐍𝐆ators 𝐈𝐍𝐊vested their time in attending the seminar-workshop that tackled numerous topics involving writing, editing, and journalism in general. The webinar was held via Google Meet and formally started with the welcome address delivered by the English Navigators Guild’s President on behalf of the Guild’s Adviser. The esteemed speakers were then introduced by selected students from BSEd- English 3. 🎤

The morning session focused on effective strategies in copyreading and a guide to feature writing, followed by an open forum. It was an 𝐄𝐍𝐆aging and productive session for both the participants and the speakers. 📜

During the afternoon session, the third esteemed speaker discussed two equally important concepts, focusing on newspaper design and the fundamentals of photojournalism. An icebreaker activity energized the participants, making the sessions even more interactive and fun. Once again, the afternoon sessions proved to be both interesting and fruitful. The closing remarks were delivered to formally conclude the informative program.🗞️

Every year, April 19 is dedicated to honoring the determination of the Filipinos and American soldiers who fought against the Japanese forces during World War II. Their story reminds us how unity and sacrifice are among the greatest strengths humanity can have. On this 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗿, also known as Araw ng Kagitingan, we remember the fall of Bataan and the Battle of Corregidor against the Japanese.

To the heroes who stood and fought 83 yrs ago, this commemoration is for you. Matagal na panahon na, ngunit matagal na panahon pang mananatili ang alab ng pag-alala sa iyong katapangan at sakripisyo! 🤍✨
