I LOVE THIS ANALOGY!

In the middle of the forest, there’s a rock sitting quietly beside a small stream. Every day, the water brushes against it, gentle, steady, and patient.

At first, nothing changes. But after years, the rock becomes smoother, cleaner, and brighter.

Why did the rock change?

“Because the water was strong.”

Wrong answer.

The rock changed because it allowed itself to be shaped. It didn’t resist the water, it trusted the process.

That’s what growth looks like. It’s not always fast or loud.

Sometimes, it’s quiet progress, small daily touches that slowly make you better.

Isa sa mga na-realize ko when I entered the
'adulting' phase is this:

"If some people hate you, they will hate you no matter what you do"

May mga preconceived biases ang ibang tao sayo.
Regardless if you reach out, regardless if you do good, or regardless if you show kindness to them.

Ofcourse ibang topic if the reason why you are hated is because you did something terrible. But in some cases, there are people who hate you simply for literally nothing.

And so the lesson from this? Do what you love to do.

Pursue your passion. Keep the grind. Just don't step on anybody's toes in the process.

Sila yun eh. Ganyan sila. Hindi ka sila.

May mga tao na never magkakaroon ng character development kahit lumipas pa ang maraming taon, kahit i-confront mo pa sila ng paulit-ulit, o kahit magkaroon pa sila ng mga near-death experiences.
