Please be informed that the deadline for the submission of thesis/dissertation hardbound manuscripts has been extended on May 30, 2026 (Saturday), until 5:00 PM, per BUGS Office Memorandum No. 067, s. 2026.

Meanwhile, only those who will be able to submit their hardbound manuscripts on or before May 21, 2026 shall be considered in the deliberation for Outstanding Graduates.

Bicol University Graduate School (BUGS) is now accepting applications for admission to its Graduate Programs (both master's and doctoral) for the First Semester, School Year 2026–2027. The Deadline of application is on May 15, 2026.

Public announcement of the final oral examination of the concerned graduate students, in partial fulfillment of the requirements for their respective degrees, pursuant to the Graduate Program Manual of Operations and CHED Memorandum Order No. 15, s. 2019.

Please be informed of BUGS Office Memo No. 066, s. 2026 regarding the Orientation for the Bicol University Graduate School (BUGS) Baccalaureate Mass, Recognition Program, and University Commencement Exercises 2026.

To ensure the smooth and orderly conduct of the upcoming graduation-related activities, all concerned graduating students from Midyear 2025 and the First and Second Semesters of SY 2025–2026 are enjoined to attend the scheduled orientation. Important reminders, guidelines, schedules, and other graduation-related matters will be discussed during the meeting.

The Bicol University Graduate School (BUGS) informs all prospective applicants that the deadline for the submission of applications for admission for the first semester, SY 2026–2027 has been extended from 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 (𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲) to 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 (𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲), pursuant to BUGS Office Memorandum No. 063, series of 2026.

This is in line with Memorandum Circular No. 114 issued by the Office of the President, Malacañan, and Administrative Order No. 68, series of 2026 issued by the Office of the President of Bicol University, relative to the implementation of energy conservation and austerity measures, including the Work-From-Home arrangement every Friday.

All interested applicants are encouraged to complete and submit their applications on or before the said deadline.

BUGS ADVISORY

The deadline for the application for Proposal and Final Examination/Defense for the second semester, SY 2025–2026 has been moved to May 9, 2026 (Saturday).

This adjustment is made in compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 114 issued by the Office of the President, Malacañan, and Administrative Order No. 68, s. 2026 issued by the Office of the President of Bicol University, which mandate energy conservation measures and the implementation of a Work-From-Home arrangement every Friday. The original deadline, May 8, 2026, falls on a Friday.

This advisory supersedes BUGS Office Memorandum No. 023, s. 2026.
