𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | The RISO Executive Committee held their 𝟕𝐭𝐡 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 via Google Meet yesterday, May 11, 2026 at 7:00 PM. The meeting covered important agendas including the accomplishment and financial reports for the 2nd semester, the Pagtanaw: RISO Wrap Up, BU RISO Elections, and other matters.

The meeting actively discussed these matters and had formally adjourned at 8:30 PM.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | The 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐨 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐎) successfully concluded 𝐊𝐀𝐒𝐀𝐑𝐎: Empowering Minds with Mental Health Conversations, a meaningful initiative held under the culminating chapter of USWAG PA Series 2025.

Through insightful discussions, shared experiences, and open conversations, the event became a reminder that mental health deserves to be heard, understood, and prioritized. Students were encouraged to reflect beyond academic pressures and recognize the importance of empathy, self-awareness, and emotional resilience in becoming future public servants and leaders 🍃

With the guidance of our speaker, participants gained valuable insights on mental wellness, healthy coping strategies, and the importance of creating safe and supportive spaces within the community.

More than a seminar, KASARO became a platform where voices were acknowledged, perspectives were widened, and compassion was strengthened ❤️‍🩹

As USWAG PA 2025 reaches its final chapter, may this initiative continue to remind us that genuine leadership begins not only with intelligence—but also with understanding and humanity.

The seminar served as opportunity for Lingkod Bayans to deepen our understanding of media literacy regarding our information consumption and the dangers of misinformation in today’s digital age.

As future public servants, Tatak ROBREADER reminds us that leadership must also possess the responsibility to verify, analyze, and act with integrity in handling information. At the end of the day, to be grounded in truth and accountability is our duty as responsible Lingkod Bayans 💛💙

Joining us is 𝗠𝗿. 𝗝𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗔. 𝗡𝗼𝗴𝗮, a Program Officer of the YMCA of Albay and a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in English from Bicol University.
Actively engaged in leadership development, youth empowerment, and communication initiatives, Mr. Noga has extensive experience in program facilitation, content writing, community engagement, and advocacy-driven projects.

Through his involvement in various organizations and training programs focused on leadership, media communication, and social development, he continues to empower young individuals to become informed, responsible, and proactive members of society.

Together, our speakers embody the values of critical thinking, empathy, and responsible leadership—qualities that define the vision of RISO and the spirit of USWAG PA SERIES 2025.

With years of experience in mental health literacy, psychological support activities, career guidance, and student welfare programs, Ms. Ludovice has continuously empowered learners and educators through seminars and training focused on emotional resilience, adolescent development, and holistic well-being. Her dedication to fostering safe and supportive learning environments makes her an inspiring voice for this initiative.

The BU College Y Club successfully conducted earlier today A Webinar entitled Sustainable Planet discussing key concepts of RA 9003 the Ecological Solid Waste Management of 2000, and other existing statute and ordinances in the country. The key players and the role of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, including the Local Provincial Government, Cities, Municipalities, down to the Barangay levels and ultimately inside households.

The insightful lecture discussion was facilitated by the DENR - Environmental Management Bureau V, Environmental Monitoring Officer Ma'am Marie Francine F. Bondal. Students from Bicol University, Philippine Science High School - Baguio, including the University and College Based Organization partners, and others who are present in the webinar actively shared their insights and questions.
