𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍 𝒐𝒇 𝑯𝒐𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 and BSHM-3 students will hold the 2025 𝑪𝒉𝒆𝒇 𝑱𝒂𝒄𝒌𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑻𝒐𝒒𝒖𝒆 𝑪𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒏𝒚 on November 27, 2025, at Nativity Chapel and Nativity Hall, themed “𝑪𝒓𝒂𝒇𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑭𝒍𝒂𝒗𝒐𝒓𝒔, 𝑺𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑭𝒖𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆𝒔.” The event marks the students’ official induction into professional culinary practice, celebrating their dedication, skills, and commitment to industry values. It signifies their readiness to embrace responsibility, strengthen teamwork and discipline, and pursue excellence in their craft. The ceremony honors these aspiring chefs as they begin their journey toward shaping the kitchens of tomorrow.

Today, we celebrate the instructor who can strike fear in our hearts with just one quiz, yet somehow make us laugh and feel safe the moment we step outside the four walls of the classroom.

Thank you for pushing us, even when we complain a lot (because of quizzes), panic (because of recitations), and question our life choices (because of our exam results). Deep down, we know it’s your way of showing that you believe in what we can do, even on days when we don’t believe in ourselves. As you’ve always been telling us, we should treat this as our training ground to prepare us for the real world.

What makes you unforgettable isn’t just the challenge you bring inside the classroom. It’s the kindness, support, and surprisingly wholesome humor you show outside of it. You remind us that learning isn’t just about pressure. It’s about growth, resilience, and having a mentor who sincerely wants to see us succeed.
