ANNOUNCEMENT

TO ALL CLUBS AND ORGANIZATIONS OF DIFFERENT COLLEGES:

The Office of Student Services requests all clubs and organizations to submit the list of officers, list of members (for UBOs), and the recommended adviser for AY 2025–2026, duly signed by the concerned department head, on or before June 25, 2025, at the OSS.

This will serve as the initial requirement for the recognition of clubs and organizations.

TO ALL NON-GRADUATING TERTIARY STUDENTS:

The submission of application forms for Honra Tomasino 2025 for non-graduating students for AY 2024–2025 will begin on June 20, 2025 and will end on June 27, 2025. Applicants must submit their application forms along with all the required supporting documents to their respective colleges.

All applicants are strongly advised to carefully review the guidelines and criteria for each award and ensure the completeness and accuracy of all attached documents to avoid inconvenience.

ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

• All SHS, Tertiary, GS, and Law Students shall bring their UNIVERSITY IDs to be presented to the cashier for validation on their enrollment schedule.

• CHS students are required to wear the prescribed school uniform starting January 22, 2025, while CASE, CBMA, and CEAFA students are required to wear the prescribed school uniform starting January 23, 2025.
