SRES Batch 92 Meeting Agenda

* Target number of attendees - it was agreed to at least have a rough estimate of the number of attendees in order to choose to venue.

* Target date will be on december 29. Tentative date. Still need to confirm with the majority of the attendees.

*Venue will still depend on the number of attendees but private resort is the top choice. Still open for suggestions.😊

* Backdraft and decorations. Tarpapel and paper lanterns. Will need the help of the artists of the batch for the design.

*Foods and drinks- no final dexision yet with regards the foods and drinks

*Programs and games - we need your suggestions with this. 🥰 Para mas madaming ideas po.

*TShirts - for solicitation. We will find sponsor for the tshirt para po makabawas na sa load ng contribution natin.

* Solicitation letter- magpapalabas po tayo ng solicitation letter para makapag solicit tayo outside our batch.

* Contribution per head- no definite amount yet pero gusto sana natin mag stick sa 500 per head. Kaya po magpapalabas tayo solicitation letter.

We will still have another meeting to finalize things and macheck yung progress natin sa plano. Will keep you posted po via our fb page na ipapagawa pa natin po. Natatabunan po kasi dito lahat ng announcements. Kaya please po pa confirm ng invites pag ok na po yung batch 92 fb page.
