Please take note of the following dates to keep track of the Enrolment schedule for SY 2024-2025.

SECURE YOUR ACADEMIC JOURNEY! Cabangan High School opens Early Registration for Grades 7 and 11 for the upcoming school year 2024-2025. Registration is open from January 27 to February 23, 2024.

Enrolment venues: Incoming Grade 11 at CHS Main Campus, and incoming Grade 7 at CHS-BCS Campus

Submit the following:
✅ Photocopy of Birth Certificate
✅ Filled-out Enrollment Form

STEPS:
✅ Get an Enrollment Form.
✅ Fill out the form completely.
✅ Attach the documentary requirement (Photocopy of Birth Certificate).
✅ Drop it at the designated drop box in the school.

Due to the power interruption, we will be accommodating enrolees until 11:00 noon only.

1.Fully Accomplished Enrolment Form
2. Original School Form 9 or Grade 10 Report Card.
3. Clear Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate

For TRANSFEREES:
1.Fully Accomplished Enrolment Form
2. Original School Form 9 or Grade 10 Report Card.
3. Clear Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
4. Original School Form 10 or FORM 137
5. Good Moral Character

For ALS Graduates
1.Fully Accomplished Enrolment Form
2. Original School Form 9 or Grade 10 Report Card.
3. Clear Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
4. Certificate of Rating (For ALS Graduates)

August 3, 2023 — The Department of Education (DepEd) announces that the opening of classes for School Year 2023-2024 in all public schools will be on August 29, 2023.

Private schools may choose to open classes on any date starting “the first Monday of June but not later than the last day of August," pursuant to Republic Act 11480.
