Ang iyong tagumpay ay patunay na ang sipag, tiyaga, at talento ay nagbubunga ng tagumpay. Tunay kang inspirasyon at malaking karangalan hindi lamang sa inyong paaralan kundi sa buong Division of Albay.

Pagbati rin kay Coach Lymuel C. Sanchez sa kanyang mahusay na paggabay at dedikasyon na naging mahalagang bahagi ng pambansang tagumpay na ito.

Patuloy na magningning at ipakita ang husay ng kabataang Albayano sa pambansang entablado. Ang buong Albay ay ipinagmamalaki ka!

The day began with the Flag Raising Ceremony, reaffirming our commitment to public service, unity, and excellence in education. This was followed by an Earthquake Drill, strengthening our preparedness and promoting a culture of safety and resilience in the workplace.

The 2nd Regular Quarterly Division Management Committee (MANCOM) Meeting for SY 2026–2027 served as a valuable venue for learning and collaboration among division and school leaders.

Our sincere appreciation to Atty. Maria Aurea Bo-Bunao, Albay Provincial Election Supervisor, for sharing important updates on voter education and election-related developments. We also thank PMAJ Nora Bueno Viscaya for her insightful discussion on strengthening child protection through proper PNP procedures and the shared responsibility of schools in ensuring the safety and well-being of every Albayano learner.

Together, we continue to strengthen our commitment to informed leadership, child protection, and quality education.

The activity focused on updating participants on DepEd Order No. 1, s. 2026, along with other policies, guidelines, and plans that will guide the implementation of the Alternative Learning System (ALS) this school year. It also aimed to ensure the readiness of ALS implementers and Community Learning Centers for the opening of classes and to determine the initial number of learners through literacy mapping and the ALS Form 1-Masterlist of Potential ALS Learners.

Together, we continue to bring quality, inclusive, and accessible education closer to every Albayano learner.

Congratulations, Kinuartilan Integrated School!

A new chapter begins as Kinuartilan Elementary School under its new school head, Michael Yanzon, officially becomes Kinuartilan Integrated School, marking another milestone in providing quality and accessible education for Albayano learners.

The opening program was graced by SDS Nene Rosal-Merioles, SGOD Chief Edwin Mias, and PSDS of Camalig North Aileen Manzanilla, whose presence highlighted the significance of this special occasion.

As part of the activity, All-Weather Learning Kits were also distributed to students to support their learning journey and help ensure their readiness for school.

May this new beginning inspire greater opportunities, stronger partnerships, and continued success for the entire Kinuartilan Integrated School community. Congratulations and best wishes on this remarkable achievement!

Today, June 8, 2026, schools across the Division of Albay officially opened their doors as thousands of learners returned to their classrooms for the start of another exciting school year.

From the early morning arrival of students, the warm welcome of teachers, and the active support of parents, partners, and stakeholders, the spirit of Oplan Balik Eskwela is alive in every school community. Dedicated school personnel and volunteers are working hand in hand to ensure a smooth, safe, orderly, and learner-centered opening of classes.

As classrooms come alive once again with dreams, aspirations, and opportunities, the Division of Albay remains committed to providing quality education and responsive services for every Albayano learner.

Together, we make the opening of classes not just a return to school—but a celebration of learning, collaboration, and hope.
