𝐍𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐍𝐂𝐋𝐄𝐗 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐫

As a nurse that has been out of the academe for almost two decades, I felt so lacking in my pursuit for the a USRN certificate. Me and my wife have been scouting several NCLEX review centers in Metro Manila. In the end, we chose RAGRS. Looking back, we could honestly say that our decision to choose RAGRS was right.

We wanted enroll to another review course in nursing before actually enrolling for an NCLEX review, just to refresh us with what we have forgotten. But Sir Ray discouraged us, setting aside a chance to earn more money, instead prioritized what would be best for us by guiding us what to do best. This is a proof that RAGRS cares more for its reviewees than the money they can bring in.

RAGRS 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 and we greatly benefitted from that. First, we underwent a 𝟑𝟎-𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞, 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞, 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐛𝐲 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦, 𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐜 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐜, 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐍𝐂𝐋𝐄𝐗 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 that reminded us of forgotten concepts in nursing and focused on topics most likely NCLEX would test on. Second, we attended two 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐨, 𝐚 𝐭𝐞𝐧-𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐧 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐂𝐋𝐄𝐗. I declare, one goes home more than what they bargained for because the knowledge, tips and wisdom cannot be contained by a normal human brain. Then we had three sets of 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐅𝐢𝐱the 3-day lecture concentration on the most important need-to-know before the NCLEX. Fourthly, we had the 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, where our personal weakness on NCLEX is analyzed though our individual recorded performances. After that, 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐚, where in Dr. Ray’s personal advised on what to do to strengthen our weakness before we take the NCLEX exam. We had the 𝐓𝐎𝐏 𝐐𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟑𝟏𝟏 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬, 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞) 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐬, 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨𝐬, 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞, and hours of online Youtube lectures. Dr. Ray gave us his all, all we need to pass the NCLEX.

What helped me the most? The lectures, (𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞, 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐩 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐅𝐢𝐱) 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐎𝐏 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐬.

To Dr. Ray, thank you for your love and dedication. Thank you for your big heart, big brain and strength to push us all to the right direction. May you be able to guide more nurses to reach their dream.

To our Mentors, researches and RAGRS staffs, thank you so much for the being so patient and accommodating. You have helped me a lot to become a USRN and you are greatly appreciated, more than we actually show.

To my fellow reviewees, congrats to those who passed, and prayers and encouragement for those who are still trying. NCLEX is difficult. It’s not for the ordinary. But it is not impossible to pass. With some sacrifice, more time and perseverance, it is actually within your reach.
