The Socio-Economic Research and Data Analytics Center - Bicol (SERDAC – Bicol) is a facility dedicated to enhancing the capacity of researchers and its other clienteles by providing them with essential resources, training, consultancy, and networking opportunities. The center operates under the Center for Policy Studies and Development of the Office of the Vice President for Research, Development and Extension located at Bicol University East Campus, Legazpi City, Albay.

The SERDAC-Bicol caters to a diverse range of clientele who seek evidence-based insights and recommendations to inform policy-making, decision-making, and development initiatives, spanning governmental, non-governmental, private sector, academic, and public stakeholders.

This is a DOST PCAARRD - funded project, with Prof. Ilona Mapa Matias as the Focal Person.
