GUIDELINES FOR GRAD PIC AT THE BRANCH

- Graduating students will be given a schedule per section/strand to go to the branch for their said pictorial to avoid mass gathering. Strict implementation of the schedule should be followed.

- Only 30 students max will be allowed to enter the campus on a given schedule. Guard will check temperature upon entry to the branch as part of the health protocols. Once inside the campus. the student will be directed to the classrooms right away. Only a maximum of 10 students per classroom shall be allowed to practice social distancing.

- NO FACE MASK/NO FACE SHIELD - NO ENTRY should be implemented at ALL TIMES upon entering & while inside the campus. Face mask & Face shield shall only be removed once it's their turn already for the pictorial.

- Once inside the classroom, toga rental will be distributed by the supplier including the corresponding payment by the student (upon the supervision of the AO). Each student will use a new & sanitized toga to avoid contamination of the virus.

- Upon pictorial, payment to colorpoint will be supervised by the SD/AO. Once done, toga is to be returned & student should leave the campus right away so as to give way for the new batch with another schedule
