Heads Up AMAers!
The AMACC - Legazpi will conduct a Graduation Pictorial for the Graduating Students of Batch 1 2021, starting on July 12, 2021 until July 17,2021. The students are divided to 33 per batch, for 6 consecutive days of pictorial.
GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR THE GRADUATION PICTORIAL:
1. Graduating students will be given a schedule per section/strand to go to the branch for their said pictorial to avoid mass gathering. Strict implementation of the schedule should be followed. Only 33 students max will be allowed to enter the campus on a given schedule.
2. Upon entry, the Guard will check the students' temperature, as part of the health protocols, students are also advised to fill up the contract tracing form.
3. Once inside the campus, students and their company (parent, make up artist etc.) will be escorted by the assigned SHS Officers to the waiting rooms right away. PROPER IATF PROTOCOLS MUST BE STRICTLY OBSERVED.
4. NO FACE MASK/NO FACE SHIELD NO ENTRY should be implemented at ALL TIMES upon entering & while inside the campus. PPE shall only be removed once it's their turn for the pictorial.
5. DO NOT ENTER THE RESTRICTED AREAS without the knowledge of the staffs and the council, students who are found loitering around the campus will be asked to pay a penalty and will be escorted outside the campus right away.
6. for those students who are to pay over the counter, please look for Ms. Honeylyn Lumanglas she will process your payment at the campus. Official Receipt will also be distributed.
7. Once inside the pictorial venue, TOGA RENTAL will be distributed (upon supervision of the OIC). Each student will use a sanitized toga to avoid contamination of the virus, it should only be worn when it's their turn for the pictorial.
8. Once done with the pictorial, toga is to be returned and student should leave the campus right away so as to give wat for the new batch with another schedule I REPEAT LOITERING AROUND THE CAMPUS IS NOT ALLOWED
9. BRING YOUR OWN SNACKS AND DRINKS, a water dispenser will be provided by the council. PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT STUDENTS MUST STAY IN THEIR ASSIGNED ROOM UNTIL CALLED that being said you are not allowed to go out unless given permission.
10. PLEASE BE ON TIME TARDINESS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED, The photographer will only stay until the allotted hours given ends, PLEASE DO NOT CAUSE A DELAY FOR THE SHOOT FOR WE ONLY HAVE A LIMITED TIME TO DO SO.
11. WE WILL BE STRICT WITH THE BATHROOM BREAKS, only 2 students will be permitted to go to the bathroom, no one shall leave the room until those students return, this is to avoid students from loitering around the campus.
12. - During the CREATIVE SHOT students who wish to bring their pets must inform Ms. Rona May Balangat beforehand ONLY A MAX OF 3 PET OWNERS are allowed per batch, PLEASE BE A RESPONSIBLE OWNER and make sure your pets are wearing diapers. Large dog breeds are also not allowed; we apologize for this part we understand that your pets might not be aggressive but for the security of your fellow students it must be strictly implemented.
AND PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN PROP AND COSTUME.
