A New Chapter of Leadership Begins!

The Association of Tourism Management Students (ATMS) Officers for SY 2026โ€“2027 officially stepped into their leadership roles with enthusiasm, commitment, and a shared vision for the Tourism Management student community.

The newly elected officers held their first executive meeting, led by the newly elected ATMS President, Ms. Jamila Hadjiaziz, 3rd Year, to discuss their initial plans, priorities, and preparations for the upcoming activities and programs of the organization.

The meeting focused on important matters and preparations for upcoming activities, programs, and projects that aim to strengthen student engagement, camaraderie, leadership, and excellence within the Tourism Management
community.

With the guidance and support of the Tourism Management Program Head and ATMS Adviser, Ms. Wrenna L. Blanche, the new set of officers is ready to take on their responsibilities and work together in creating meaningful and memorable experiences for the entire Tourism Management family.

As new student leaders, they are excited to embark on this journey of service, leadership, and growth. May this academic year be filled with teamwork, innovative ideas, meaningful activities, and achievements for everyone!

The event was attended by Tourism Management students from different year levels, ATMS outgoing officers, candidates, student volunteers, and faculty members, Ms. Wrenna L. Blanche - Program Head of TM and Dr. Carlos A. Jacobo Jr - CBED Dean. The General Assembly gave students a chance to meet, share ideas, discuss important matters, and learn more about the plans and activities of the organization. One of the main activities was the election of the new ATMS officers. The candidates introduced themselves and shared their plans and goals for the organization. The students then participated in the election and chose the leaders they believed could best represent them. The event also included simple activities and discussions that helped students build friendships, teamwork, and confidence. Everyone worked together to make the gathering organized and successful.
