🔥 Fire Drill | August 20, 2026 🚒

Fire Safety First! 🧯🚨

On August 20, 2026, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) R6 – Leganes Fire Station, Iloilo conducted a Fire Drill to strengthen fire safety awareness, preparedness, and proper emergency response among participants.

The activity forms part of the BFP’s continuing efforts to promote fire safety awareness and disaster preparedness in schools and communities. It supports the implementation of programs and initiatives under the guidance of our dedicated leaders: BFP Officer-in-Charge FCSUPT Wilfredo Rico Neil A. Kwan Tiu, Regional Director FCSUPT Edwin P. Vargas, and Acting Provincial Fire Marshal FSUPT Melanie G. Habawel.

Through activities like this, we encourage everyone to remain vigilant, prepared, and responsible in preventing and responding to fire emergencies.

Our young scientists had an exciting hands-on learning experience as they explored insects and soil through a microscope! 🔍✨ They observed tiny structures and discovered details that cannot be easily seen with the naked eye.

Through this activity, our learners developed their curiosity, observation skills, and appreciation for the amazing world of science. 🌎🧪
