• Scanned copy of School Form 9 (Report Card)
• Must be in PDF format (clear and readable)

📊𝙈𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙢𝙪𝙢 𝙌𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨:
• General Weighted Average (GWA) of 90% and above
• No grade lower than 85% in English, Math, and Science (any quarter)
• No grade lower than 83% in other subjects
