The Federated Alumni Associations of Cagayan State University (CSU) and CSU ARPS hereby convey their unequivocal support for Professor Gilbert C. Magulod, Jr., Ph.D., in his participation in the Public Presentation and Forum for the Presidency of Apayao State College, to be held on June 4, 2026, at the EKB Auditorium, ASC Luna, Apayao.
