Are you looking for financial support to help with your college education? You might qualify for the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES)—a government grant-in-aid program designed to assist deserving Filipino students!

⚠️ 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄:This application is ONLY for NEW applicants. If you are an ongoing/current TES Grantee, you do NOT need to fill out this form.
Before filling out the form, please review the quick checklist below:

❓ 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐂𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲?
You are eligible to apply if you meet ALL of the following:
• 🇵🇭 Filipino Citizen
• 🏫 Currently enrolled at CSU-Lasam
• 🥇 First college degree (no previous undergraduate degree)
• ⏳ Within the program duration (plus a 1-year grace period)
• 🚫 No other active government scholarship or ongoing subsidy (e.g., TDP, DOST, CHED Merit, or an existing TES grant).
o Note: One-time emergency aid like DSWD AICS or CHED SMART is allowed.

⚠️ 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐆𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝?
Because funds are limited, priority is given to applicants based on the following categories:

• Priority 1: Students from households registered under DSWD Listahanan or 4Ps. This tier automatically prioritizes children/dependents of solo parents, members of Indigenous Communities (IPs), and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) within those households. (Ranked by household per capita income)

• Priority 2: Enrolled students who are not part of Priority 1, ranked from the lowest household income first (covering remaining children of solo parents and members of IPs).

𝐎𝐒𝐃𝐖 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐊𝐮𝐲𝐚 𝐖𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐲, 𝐍𝐎𝐀 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞

Today, April 16, 2026, the Office of Student Development and Welfare (OSDW) successfully held a General Assembly and Orientation for the student-grantees of the Kuya Win Scholarship Program at DARP 6.

The event, led by Campus OSDW Coordinator Dr. Cherry C. Sanut, served a dual purpose: providing a detailed orientation on program guidelines and conducting a formal General Assembly for the scholars. During the session, Dr. Sanut discussed the students' academic obligations and emphasized the scholarship's role in easing the financial challenges of higher education.

A key highlight of the activity was the official distribution of the Notice of Acceptance (NOA) to the 17 identified grantees from the BSIT, BSIndTech, and BEED programs. The issuance of the NOA marks the formal enrollment of these students into the scholarship program for the Academic Year 2025-2026.

To wrap up the proceedings, the scholars proceeded to the Cashier’s Office for the orderly receipt of their stipends. This activity underscores the OSDW’s commitment to providing transparent, efficient, and responsive student support services to ensure that every grantee is well-equipped for academic success.
