An adviser does more than offer direction; they become a source of wisdom when the path becomes uncertain and a steady presence as volunteers learn, grow, and discover the meaning of genuine service.

Sir JV holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Asia and the Pacific and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management from the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA.

PREPAREDNESS STARTS WITH AWARENESS, TOGETHER WE PREPARE AND CARE. 💚💛

Held on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, the NULP Volunteers had the opportunity to attend the Disaster Risk Reduction and Preparedness Seminar led by Engr. Edmon T. Estomo.

Every lesson reminded us that being prepared isn’t just about knowing what to do but it’s about staying aware, choosing to care, and always being ready to share! 🌱

From understanding risks to responding with confidence, every topic gave us something to carry beyond the seminar. Knowledge isn’t meant to stay on paper it grows when we practice, protect, and help one another. 🤝🏻

Today we learn, tomorrow we return not just informed but ready to serve. Together we prepare, together we care because a safer community starts with people who choose to be aware. 💚☀️

As Bagyong Maymay continues to bring heavy rainfall, we encourage everyone to remain alert and prioritize their safety. Avoid unnecessary travel, stay informed through official weather advisories, and prepare your essentials in case of emergencies.

Hindi porke’t may payong ka, hindi ka na mababasa. Hindi porke’t mahal ka, hindi ka na niya sasaktan. But at least unlike people, you can always grab an extra umbrella to keep you safe! So bring your rain gear, take care of yourselves, and let the rain wash away the worries and not your hope. We’ve got your back always!

And a friendly reminder lang hindi lahat ng ulan nakakasira ng araw. Minsan ulan din ang bumabalik sa mga alaala. Those laughs, stories, and moments you thought would never end. It may hurt to remember sometimes, but always remember: after every rain, a fresh start is always waiting for you.

NEW ERA BEGINS WITH NEW HEARTS READY TO SERVE. ARF! 💚💛

The NULP Volunteers General Assembly 2026 officially marked the beginning of Academic Year 2026-2027 for us, Volunteers!

Held on Tuesday, July 28, the assembly brought everyone together for an overall general meeting, where we discussed our goals, plans, and direction for the year ahead, while also welcoming and recognizing our new set of officers and Associates. 🤝

As we begin another chapter may we continue to work together, grow as an organization, and create meaningful experiences throughout the academic year.
