Taon-taon, hawak ng mga mamamahayag ng Ang Paham ang papel at responsibilidad na maging haligi at sandigan ng katotohanan. Matapat naming iminumulat ang publiko ukol sa iba’t ibang isyu sa bansa upang mahubog ang kamalayan ng bawat isa.

Kaya naman, narito na ang Tomo XIII, Blg. 1, ang Opisyal na Pampaaralang Pahayagan ng Ang Paham, opisyal na pahayagang Filipino ng Mataas na Paaralang Pang-Agham ng Las Piñas, para sa taong panuruang 2025–2026.

DECEMBER 18, 2025: YEAR-END & CHRISTMAS PARTY

To end the year, the ALS LPSci students held their very own Year-End & Christmas Party at the LPSci Auditorium on December 18. The program started with a warm welcome from hosts Catherine Mijares and Niña Marquez, followed by an opening prayer led by Isaac Dulay, and an inspiring opening message from their dear adviser, Sir Daryl L. Rama.

FASHION MOTTO:

Judged by guest judges Ms. Ann Krisha M. Amor, Ms. Rubirosa C. Feliciano, Ms. Bianca S. Crisostomo, and hosted by this year’s Mr. Intramurals, Yuzo Tangco, Candidates competed with determination, displaying confidence with their fashion walk along with wisdom and personality through their well-thought-out life motto.

Crowned candidate 06, Kervin Abcede, captivated the audience and judges with his humor and honesty, securing his title as champion.

“Laughter is the best medicine,” quoted by Abcede.

Followed by Shinji Noah Tangco and his wisdom, Leomart Deocareza’s confidence, and the authenticity of Bea Callueng earning their spots as runner ups.

GROUP PERFORMANCES:

Our groups competed, shocking and impressing the audience and judges with their talent and skill.

Group 4 clinched their way to the top, securing their victory as champions. Their talents were showcased through a skit play of how good will always triumph against evil.

“This performance proves no evil will win; Jesus will win!” said Dulay.

With their raw talents, teamwork, and creativity, groups 1, 2, and 3 ranked their way as runner-ups.

MORE FESTIVE CHEER:

Our learners also enjoyed food, fun, and fellowship, bonding over meals and games, making the celebration one to remember.

Our learners also held their very own “Funny Awards” to award those students who stood out in any and every way they can.
The coffee lover, Patrick Palacios; Creative, Catherine Mijares; Lost and Found Legend, Yuzo Tangco; Life of The Party Star, Cel Jone Tenebero; Chika Dora, LeoMart Deocareza.
Also awarded: The Antukin King, Prince Bernas; Diligent Learner, Kervin Abcede; Early Bird, Crisaldo Toledo; Late Learner, Bea Callueng; and The Walking Meme Icon, Pocholo Casiano.
Each was rewarded thanks to our dear Bea Callueng.

A raffle was also held, sponsored by the one and only Ma. Aura Guia Dy. Our learners from the JHS Level and the Elem level received wonderful gifts, lifting their spirits this holiday season.

CONCLUSION: To end the event, their very own president, Yuzo Tangco, shared some closing remarks on how we should hold strong and be consistent despite challenges and hardships – to cling onto Christ, the reason for the season. 2025 has been a rollercoaster, full of many memorable moments, wins, and losses. Yet, we look forward to new adventures in 2026.

As Yuzo Tangco said,
“This is 2025 signing off; see you all in 2026!”

Ganito ang Pasko para sa mga Lapisyano! ✨🎁 Isa sa mga pinahahalagahan ng mga Pilipino ang pagbibigayan sa tuwing sasapit ang kapaskuhan. Balikan natin ang ilang kaganapan sa Outreach Program ng Las Piñas City National Science High School na inorganisa ng LPSci Values Club noong Disyembre 17.
