Meet Karan, a foreign student who came to the Philippines for a better education.

When he first arrived, he lacked confidence and faced many adjustments in a new country. But with the guidance of Teacher Erlin, he grew comfortable and confident, eventually becoming one of the top students in his class.

If Karan can do this, we believe your child can too.

For six years, Teacher Erlin has had the privilege of guiding Preet (Paras), a foreign student here in the Philippines.

We've seen firsthand his significant improvement and his growing confidence as he enters high school.

This is exactly why we do what we do.

Our goal is to help students, regardless of their background, to not only excel academically but also to gain the confidence and independence they need for their personal growth.

Thank you so much for your kind words, Preet

If you want your child to be like Preet/Paras, message us on Facebook or contact us to inquire.

Intrinsic motivation comes from within—curiosity, interest, satisfaction, happiness of a child learning. For example, a child loving mathematics because she loves the excitement every time she solves a problem.

Extrinsic motivation comes from outside sources; some might know this as the reward and punishment approach. Any external factors making a child motivated to accomplish something are considered extrinsic. For example, if they become the top of the class, they will get a treat from a fast-food restaurant.

While there's no single form of motivation that is automatically chosen for a child's learning. However, at EZ Dream Tutorial Center, we help observe and guide students in their own motivation to learn.

What about you, parents? Have you seen a difference between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation in your kids?
