Upang tiyakin ang kalusugan at kapakanan ng mga estudyante at g**o sa gitna ng sunod-sunod na mga kalamidad at banta ng influenza-like illnesses, ideneklara ng Department of Education (DepEd) sa pamamagitan ng DepEd Order No. 12, s. 2025 at inilabas na Memorandum noong Oktubre 22, 2025 ang pagsasagawa ng 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮 𝗢𝗸𝘁𝘂𝗯𝗿𝗲 𝟮𝟳 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝟯𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 sa mga pampublikong paaralan.
