Propelled by this value, we are reaching out to you to allow our school to conduct a Participatory Cooking Demonstration in your community in Barangay Talon V, Moonwalk, Las Pinas

Participatory Cooking Demonstration not only allows participants to personally smell, touch, see, and taste the food but is a unique and effective way to impart nutritional concepts and basic cooking skills in a community setting which can eventually lead to improved confidence in the kitchen, acquired new cooking skills and most importantly, promotion of healthier food into the diet and onto dining tables.

This will also

- Enable mothers, home caretakers, and cooking enthusiasts gain new food preparation skills

- Develop confidence among family members in preparing improved or create new dishes; and

- Create awareness of under-utilized nutritious food and ingredients that are readily available at home or in a nearby store

Our Program will include a brief introduction of what Apicius does and what we offer. To be immediately followed by the cooking demonstration by one of our renowned Chefs/Trainers who gained expertise and recognition locally and internationally.

Increased turbidity in the raw water of Laguna Lake has constrained us to reduce the production of our treatment plants. As a result, customers in portions of Brgys. Almanza Uno, Pilar and Talon Singko, Las Pinas City will experience water service interruptions daily, between the hours of 4:00 am and 10:00 pm, from Dec. 7, 2021 to Dec. 22, 2021. Affected customers are advised to store enough water when supply is available. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you.
