Former students of the Senior High School (SHS) Department returned to their alma mater for the Alumni Homecoming 2026, themed "Balik Perpetual - Balik Tanaw, Balik Saya," on May 16, 2026, at the UPHSD-Las Piñas Campus.

The event brought together graduates from different batches through a series of activities aimed at strengthening ties within the Perpetualite community.

One of the highlights of the event was the Election of Officers for the SHS Alumni Association, held at Room 214, where new set of officers were chosen to lead the alumni community.

Alumni performers staged a live concert at Gym 2, including performances from the musical band Sunchasers, composed of SHS alumni.

LTC Richard Antonio M. Tamayo, President of the Perpetual Help Medical Center, attended the event with his family.
