Captain Albert Aguilar National High School successfully conducted its State of the School Address (SOSA) led by Mr. Apollo D. De Guzman, School Principal, on June 5, 2026, at the CAANHS Function Room.

During the presentation, Mr. De Guzman highlighted the school's current performance, key challenges, and priority actions for continuous improvement. Among the major areas identified were learner attendance and engagement, learning outcomes, teacher capacity development, and learning resources and facilities.

To address these concerns, the school will intensify learner monitoring and parent engagement programs, strengthen foundational literacy and numeracy initiatives, enhance professional development through LAC sessions, INSETs, coaching and mentoring, and maximize available resources through stronger partnerships with LGUs, stakeholders, and alumni.

The SOSA served as a platform for transparency, accountability, and collaborative planning, reaffirming CAANHS' commitment to quality education and continuous school improvement for every learner.

Sa kanyang ulat, ibinahagi ni G. De Guzman ang kasalukuyang kalagayan ng paaralan, mga hamon na kinakaharap, at mga pangunahing hakbang upang higit pang mapabuti ang kalidad ng edukasyon sa CAANHS.

Kabilang sa mga pangunahing isyung tinalakay ang pagpasok at pakikilahok ng mga mag-aaral, pagtaas ng antas ng pagkatuto, pagpapaunlad ng kakayahan ng mga g**o, at pagpapalakas ng mga pasilidad at kagamitang pag-aaral.
