📢 UPDATED JCCA ACCESS & F2F CLASS SCHEDULE — SEPTEMBER 17

Dear JCCA Parents and Students,

Due to the ongoing roadworks in the area, we are implementing the updated access route to JCCA through the back entrance. Please refer to the attached map for the designated entry and exit routes.

This updated route is still under a trial period. We would like to observe whether the new arrangement will allow our students and parents to access the school with minimal inconvenience and disruption. Your cooperation and feedback during this period will help us determine the best arrangement moving forward.

📅 FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES WILL PROCEED

Thursday, September 17

Classes will proceed face-to-face with the following schedules:

🕐 Pre-Kinder to Grade 5
➡️ Usual class time

🕗 Grade 6 to Grade 10
➡️ Adjusted arrival time: 8:00 AM

🚗 Please take note:

* Use the designated access routes shown in the map.
* Pasture Rose Street is closed.
* Access the school via Paradise Street.
* All vehicles are encouraged to exit through Olive Street, which is a wider road and provides better traffic flow.
* Please allow extra travel time and drive carefully around the roadwork area.
* Kindly follow traffic and roadwork personnel instructions at all times.

We understand that the temporary arrangement may require some adjustment, and we sincerely appreciate everyone's patience, cooperation, and understanding as we work to make school access as safe and convenient as possible.

Thank you for your continued cooperation and support. 💙💛

📢JCCA ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear JCCA Parents and Students,

Due to the ongoing roadworks in the area, Jesus Cares Christian Academy will shift to ASYNCHRONOUS CLASSES on September 15 and 16 (Tuesday and Wednesday).

The school’s front entrance is currently inaccessible, while the back entrance remains difficult to access due to vehicles parked along the streets by residents. To ensure the safety and convenience of our students, asynchronous learning will be implemented for these two days.

📌 Parents, please support your child during these days. Make sure that they are able to check their assigned activities and submit all required classwork and requirements on time.

We will provide another announcement regarding our plans for Thursday and Friday once we have further updates on the road conditions and accessibility of the school.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued cooperation. 🙏

Stay safe, JCCA Family! 💙
