Primary Duties And Responsibilities

Office Assistants perform a wide range of duties including the following:

Reception
Office Administration
Assist with financial management
Provide board support

Qualifications

1. College Graduate with degree in business management/ accounting, computer, office management or any related courses
2. Proficiency in the use of computer programs for:
Word Processing
Databases
Spreadsheets
Bookkeeping
Internet
3. 1-3 years experience in an office setting dealing with bookkeeping and office administration
4. Background in ESL teaching is an ADVANTAGE
5. Age 25-35 yrs. old
6. Must live within Las Piñas/ Mun tinlupa/ Paranaque areas only.
