Motto:God save the empress

To follow God, we must lay our desires down whenever they are at odds with God’s desires. We must ask Him to reproduce His desires in us so that we will act according to His purposes and not our own.

UNITY STATEMENT FROM ALL UPLB COMPUTER SCIENCE RELATED ORGANIZATIONS

As Computer Science majors, we call for clarity and transparency regarding the recent issues circulating the 2019 National Elections.

We believe that the public deserves to be informed and enlightened regarding the issues circulating the election results, specifically the errors on transmitting the results from provinces, the dip in the transparency server results, and the "Java error" found in the system.

We advocate educating people on proper handling of these technical errors—believing that technology should be used responsibly. An expert in the field is needed to discuss these issues and why they occurred in the first place.

We call on students and professionals in the field of Computer Science to unite and demand for a statement from the COMELEC regarding these issues. Fight for what is right!
