December can be joyful, but it can also feel heavy for those who are tired, overwhelmed or carrying silent battles.

Stress is an invisible struggle that every normal person would face.
Today, tell yourself that stress is normal, but do not drown in it.

Try to relax your mind, avoid pressure, reconnect, and recharge.๐Ÿ’†๐Ÿผ
and stressed spelled backwards is desserts, so when life gets tough there's always chocolates and candies to destress!

Life comes at us fast, and it can be easy to fall for the idea that it is a race. Itโ€™s definitely not a race at all.

Life is about facing and embracing the journey, not just getting to the finish line. It's alright how slow you go and how many pauses you make as long as you donโ€™t stop.

Thank a friend for pointing out a mistake you made. Thank them for assisting you with lessons that you don't comprehend. Thank them for sharing their meals during the break. Thank them for making you laugh. Thank them for being your shoulder to cry on.

Remember that no one is an island. People who joined you on our journey made life's challenges bearable.
