The 𝟗𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐨 𝐬𝐚 𝐏𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐫𝐨 became even more meaningful as our 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐧𝐢, most notably former SHS-SSC Presidents and dedicated student leaders, 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐮𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧.

Here are the following requirements:
- must be a son or daughter of an alumni.
- One (1) Photocopy of TOR/DIPLOMA of the Alumni Parent
- One (1) pc 2 x 2 Picture
- One (1) original copy of Grades from last semester or Grade 12 copy of grades for incoming freshmen.
- One (1) Photocopy of Birth Certificate of the enrolled student
- One (1) Photocopy of Registration form 1st Sem, 2024-2025
- Accomplished “Anak ng Perpetualite Alumni form (available at the alumni affairs office)
