Taekwondo improves flexibility, balance, posture, strength, and stamina. It also increases one’s self-esteem, focus, confidence, and self-discipline.

We’re happy to share that, in partnership with Fit Quest PH (Fit Quest | Personal Training | Gym | Martial arts ), we are holding taekwondo classes every Thursday at Child’s Home.
