Makiling Aikido International Inc. is an independent non-profit organization. HISTORY OF MAKILING AIKIDO International Inc.
The name Makiling was taken from the mountain MT. MARIA MAKILING located at Los Baños, Laguna, Philippines. Xavier Baylon and Manolo Villegas were friends in the Makati Aikido Club. Manolo Villegas established Los Baños Aikido dojo in 1991. Xavier Baylon established Makiling Aikido, Southside Dojo at Las Piñas City, Philippines a year after.
