🌧️ 𝐀 𝐏𝐑𝐀𝐘𝐄𝐑 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐒𝐀𝐅𝐄𝐓𝐘, 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍, 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐇𝐎𝐏𝐄 🙏

As the Habagat continues to bring heavy rains, let us come together as one Perpetualite family in prayer. May the Lord watch over every student, faculty member, staff, family, and community, keeping everyone safe from harm and danger.

May He give strength to those who are affected, courage to those who are helping, and wisdom to everyone as we navigate these challenging times.

In moments like this, may we continue to live out what it means to be a 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐞—𝐀 𝐌𝐚𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬: caring for one another, extending a helping hand, and standing together as one community.

Today, the Supreme Student Council (SSC), together with the College Student Councils (CSCs) in coordination with the Office of Religious Affairs and Services (ORA), invites all Perpetualites to unite in prayer for safety, strength, healing, and protection for our families, communities, and all those affected.

May our prayers move us to action, and may our generosity become a tangible expression of our faith.

One in faith. One in service. One as Perpetualites. 🙏

🎉 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗕𝗦 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀!

We congratulate our Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) students for proudly representing the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA – Las Piñas by successfully presenting their research papers at the 11th International Conference on Energy, Environment, and Information Systems (ICENIS 2026), organized by Diponegoro University, held on July 29–30, 2026, at the Gumaya Hotel, Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia.

With this year's theme, "Sustainable Tomorrow: Redefining a Holistic Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Approach to Energy, Groundwater, and Information Systems," the conference gathered researchers and professionals from around the world to share innovative solutions for a more sustainable future. 🌍 Through the conference's hybrid platform, our students successfully represented UPHSD Las Piñas on the international stage after completing a rigorous peer-review and revision process.

⚡ Research Presentations:

1️⃣ Framework for Optimization and Analysis of Energy-Efficient Lighting Systems for Local Government Facilities in the Philippines

Researchers: Christian Lance Pastor (Presenter) & Patrick Alcantara

2️⃣ Development and Evaluation of SolarChatbot: An AI-Based Application for Residential Solar Estimation and Adoption in the Philippines

Researchers: Ruby Alcaide (Presenter) & Alexander Castillo

3️⃣ Field Validation of a Low-Cost Sensor-Based Solar Resource Assessment Device for Tropical Photovoltaic Applications

Researchers: Aldrin Altoveros (Presenter) & Arnel Louie Ceasar Reveche

👏 Your dedication and perseverance throughout the research, peer-review, revision, and presentation process are truly commendable. Your achievements reflect not only your hard work but also your commitment to advancing engineering knowledge that addresses real-world challenges.

At UPHSD Las Piñas, undergraduate research remains an integral part of the Electrical Engineering program. We are committed to developing Perpetualite Engineers into critical thinkers, innovative problem-solvers, and effective communicators who are ready to contribute to the global engineering community.

🏆 Congratulations once again to our student researchers, faculty mentors, and everyone who supported this remarkable milestone. Continue to make Perpetual proud!
