📢Important Announcement: Clarification on School Year Schedule and Tuition Fees, against complaint lodged on the 8888 Citizens’ Complaint Hotline📢

Dear Parents, Guardians, Teachers, and Staff of InChrist Learning Center Inc..,

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to address and clarify some concerns that have been raised regarding the current school year, particularly regarding the school schedule, the extension of classes until May, and the associated tuition fees for the months of April and May.

1. School Year Schedule and the 200-Day Requirement:

As a private institution, InChrist Learning Center Inc. operates with the flexibility to set our own academic calendar, as long as we fulfill the 200 school days required by the Department of Education (DepEd). For the 2024-2025 academic year, we began classes on August 5, 2024, and we will conclude on May 27, 2025, ensuring that we meet the mandated number of school days.

While the extension of classes into May may seem different from the schedule of other schools, we have adhered to DepEd’s regulations, including allowances for class suspensions and holidays throughout the academic year. Therefore, concluding our school year on the scheduled date of May 27, 2025.

2. Impact of the 2025 School Year Shift to June:

As you may know, the Philippine government has officially shifted the start of the school year to June, starting in 2025, as per DepEd Order No. 012, s. 2025. This change has caused the summer break for our school’s not only students but also members of the faculty and staff to be shorter this year.

In light of this, our school year still continues as initially planned, and InChrist Learning Center Inc. will conclude on May 27, 2025, in accordance with our school’s established calendar.

3. Tuition Fees for April and May:

Regarding the tuition fees for the months of April and May 2025, we would like to clarify that these fees are part of the standard structure for the school year as agreed upon during enrollment. Since our school year runs through the month of May, the corresponding tuition fees reflect this period. These fees are necessary to cover the educational services provided to students through the end of the school year.

4. Commitment to Quality Education:

We understand that this extended schedule may cause concern, particularly regarding the upcoming break before the next school year begins in June. Please be assured that our school year was planned with the utmost care to ensure our students complete the required curriculum and receive the full educational experience. We remain committed to providing a high-quality education and ensuring that each student has the opportunity to thrive.

Patungkol sa Reklamong ipinaabot sa 8888 Citizens’ Complaint Hotline laban sa School Calendar ng ating paaralan.

Mahal naming mga Magulang, Tagapag-alaga, G**o, at Kawani ng InChrist Learning Center,

Nawa’y matagpuan kayo ng mensaheng ito sa mabuting kalagayan. Nais naming tugunan at linawin ang ilang mga alalahanin na naiparating hinggil sa kasalukuyang taon ng paaralan, partikular sa School Calendar, ang pag-extend ng klase hanggang Mayo, at ang kaugnay na bayad sa tuition para sa buwan ng Abril at Mayo.

1. School/Academic Calendar for year 2024-2025 at ang 200 Araw ng Pag-aaral:

Bilang isang pribadong institusyon, ang InChrist Learning Center Inc. ay may kalayaan na magtakda ng aming sariling school calendar, hangga’t tinutugunan namin ang 200 araw ng pag-aaral na itinakda ng Kagawaran ng Edukasyon (DepEd). Para sa taong 2024-2025, nagsimula kami ng klase noong Agosto 5, 2024, at magtatapos kami sa Mayo 27, 2025, kaya’t matutugunan namin ang kinakailangang bilang ng araw ng pag-aaral.

Bagamat ang extension ng klase hanggang Mayo ay maaaring magmukhang iba mula sa schedule ng ibang paaralan, ito ay alinsunod sa mga regulasyon ng DepEd, kabilang ang mga suspensyon ng klase at mga piyesta opisyal sa buong taon ng pag-aaral. Kaya’t ang aming schedule ay magtatapos sa nakatakdang petsa ng Mayo 27, 2025.

2. Epekto ng Paglipat ng Petsa ng Pagbubukas ng Taon ng Paaralan sa Hunyo (2025):

Hindi lingid sa inyong kaalaman na ang pamahalaan ng Pilipinas ay opisyal na nagtakda ng pagbukas ng taon ng paaralan sa Hunyo simula sa 2025, ayon sa DepEd Order No. 012, s. 2025. Ang pagbabagong ito sa pagbubukas ng bagong taon sa eskwelahan ay nagdulot ng maikling bakasyon para sa lahat sa ating paaralan ngayong taon.

3. Bayad sa Tuition para sa Abril at Mayo:

Tungkol sa mga bayad sa tuition para sa mga buwan ng Abril at Mayo 2025, nais naming ipaliwanag na ang mga bayad na ito ay bahagi ng karaniwang istruktura ng bayad para sa taon, na napagkasunduan sa panahon ng pag-enroll. Dahil ang aming School Calendar ay magtatagal hanggang Mayo, ang kaukulang bayad sa tuition ay sumasalamin sa panahong ito. Ang mga bayad na ito ay kinakailangan upang matugunan ang mga serbisyong pang-edukasyon na ibinibigay sa mga mag-aaral hanggang sa pagtatapos ng taon ng paaralan.

4. Pagtutok sa Kalidad ng Edukasyon:

Nauunawaan namin na ang extension ng schedule na ito ay maaaring magdulot ng alalahanin, lalo na tungkol sa susunod na bakasyon bago magsimula ang susunod na taon ng paaralan sa Hunyo. Mangyaring tiyakin na ang aming taon ng paaralan ay pinlano ng maayos upang matiyak na matatapos ng mga mag-aaral ang kinakailangang kurikulum at makuha ang buong karanasan sa edukasyon. Patuloy naming pinahahalagahan ang kalidad ng edukasyon at ang kapakanan ng bawat estudyante.

Pahalagahan Namin ang Inyong Pag-unawa at Suporta. Ang lahat ng alegasyon laban sa ating paaralan ay na nabigyan na ng kaakibat at nararapar na aksyon. Ito ay tinanggap na rin ng kawani ng pamahalaan na naituloy sa memo na ipinadala sa atin.

Kami ay lubos na nagpapasalamat sa patuloy na suporta at pagtutulungan ng aming mga magulang, tagapag-alaga, g**o, at kawani. Kung mayroon pa kayong mga karagdagang katanungan o alalahanin tungkol sa schedule ng paaralan o bayad sa tuition, huwag mag-atubiling unang makipag-ugnayan sa aming administratibong opisina. Nandito kami upang magbigay ng tulong at anumang karagdagang impormasyon na inyong kinakailangan.
