ENROLLMENT GUIDELINES for INCOMING 2ND-4TH YEAR BSA & BSBA First Semester, AY 2026-2027

1. Please take note of the schedule below.

ONLINE REGISTRATION - June 1-12, 2026
BSA/BSBA - Incoming Second to Fourth Year

IN-PERSON - ISSUANCE OF COR (2ND–4TH Year)

Fourth Year:
June 29, 2026 - 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Computer Lab

Third Year:
June 30, 2026 - 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Computer Lab

Second Year:
July 1, 2026 - 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Computer Lab

BSBA Irregular (2nd-4th Year)
July 2, 2026 - 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

2. Please take note of the schedule of the Online Pre-Enrollment Registration for the First Semester of A.Y. 2026-2027.

3. Online Pre-Enrollment Registration will be conducted from June 1 to 12, 2026.
The link for said pre-enrollment will open on June 1, 8:00 am and will close on June 12, 2026, 4:00 pm.

4. Secure Advising Form (Irregular Students only.)
Note:
Regular Students – no course deficiencies/failing marks for all subjects taken in the previous semesters.
Irregular Students – with course deficiencies/failing or INC mark in 1 or more subjects taken in the previous semesters.

5. Please bring school ID or any valid ID on the scheduled date of enrollment.

6. NO ONLINE PRE-ENROLLMENT REGISTRATION, NO COR will be strictly implemented on the scheduled dates.

7. Link will be sent to the Class Presidents’ GC.

IMPORTANT: Please note that completing the pre-online enrollment process does not guarantee official enrollment. Your enrollment is considered official only upon completing all required steps, including the receiving of COR during face-to-face enrollment.

Attention, 2025 Graduates!

We are pleased to announce that official diplomas will be available for pickup starting tomorrow, February 24, 2026.

To ensure a smooth release, please take note of the following office releasing hours:

Office of the College Registrar: Monday to Friday
Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Important Reminders:

1. Please present a valid government-issued ID for verification.

2. If you are authorizing a representative (immediate family member only), they must provide an authorization letter and a copy of your valid ID.

3. For those who have not yet claimed their Transcript of Records (TOR), please note that a completed Clearance Form is required to claim both your TOR and Diploma.

APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION

FILING PERIOD: March 2-6, 2026

GUIDELINES:
1. Fourth Year Students must secure Application Form and Evaluation Sheet/Curriculum Checklist at the Office of the College Registrar.

2. Complete the Curriculum Checklist with your grades and have it validated by the Program Head.

3. Applicants must submit the duly Accomplished Form and Evaluation Sheet/Curriculum Checklist at the Office of the College Registrar for Final Evaluation.

APPLICATION FOR LATIN HONORS

FILING PERIOD: March 2-6, 2026

GUIDELINES:

1. Qualified Applicants may secure Application Form and Curriculum Checklist from the Office of the College Registrar.

2. Qualified Applicants must submit the duly Accomplished Form and Evaluation Sheet/Curriculum Checklist at the Office of the College Registrar for Final Evaluation.

3. Candidates for Latin Honors must maintain grades not lower than 2.25, likewise, he/she must not have scholastic deficiencies (INC, FA, OD, and UW) in academic or non-academic courses.

4. Candidate for Latin Honors must not have any pending administrative case in his/her tenure in the College.
