To all cadets: Please be informed that all transactions at the PMMS Onboard Training (OBT) Office will be accommodated only until December 18, 2025. The office will temporarily suspend operations due to the holiday season and will officially resume regular transactions on January 05, 2026. Thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation.

Reminder... to all PMMS Cadets

The PMMS On-Board Training Office (OBTO) strictly enforces the mandatory pre-departure briefing for all cadets scheduled to join any vessel for their 12-month on-board training program, including the 36-month rating program. For those who ALREADY have a company, either DOMESTIC OR INTERNATIONAL, you can NOW apply your schedule of briefing from Monday to friday starting at 0800H. Latecomers will NOT be entertained.

This briefing serves as an essential orientation to ensure that every cadet is fully prepared, knowledgeable, and aware of the responsibilities, expectations, and safety protocols required during their shipboard apprenticeship. It also provides important guidance on documentation, behavior, reporting procedures, and compliance with maritime standards as mandated by MARINA and the institution.
