Please bring TWO (2) VALID IDs with the following:
✅ Original ID
✅ Photocopy of the ID
✍️ Three (3) specimen signatures written below the photocopy of your ID
You may present any two (2) of the following valid IDs:
• School ID
• School Library Card
• National ID
• Passport
• Driver’s License
• SSS / GSIS ID
• PRC License
• Postal ID
• PhilHealth ID
• Barangay ID
• PWD ID
• NBI Clearance
• Police Clearance

Kindly ensure that all requirements are complete before proceeding.

The following student-grantee/s may now claim their TES stipend at CHED NCR Regional Office, Cashier unit located at Quezon City University Compound, Philippine Metalcasting Association, Inc. Bldg. 673 Quirino Hwy, Brgy. San Bartolome, Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila 1116 on or before January 26, 2026.

They may present any two (2) of the following valid IDs:
1. School ID
2. School Library Card
3. National ID
4. Passport
5. Driver's License
6. SSS / GSIS
7. PRC License
8. Postal ID
9. PhilHealth ID
10. Barangay ID
11. PWD ID
12. NBI Clearance

Please bring:
✅ Two (2) valid IDs (original + photocopy)
✅ Three (3) specimen signatures below the photocopy
(Preferably School ID & PhilHealth ID)

The following student-grantees under the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES, now have checks available for claiming, at the CHED-NCR Regional Office, located at:

You may claim your checks on or before Monday, June 30, 2025
Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Relative to claiming youir available cheque, kindly bring 2 valid ID's (Original & Photocopy with your 3 specimen signatures below of the photocopy of your ID). They may present any two (2) of the following valid IDs:

If an immediate family member will claim the check on behalf of the student-grantee, the following documents must be submitted:
1. Duly signed Authorization Letter from the student-grantee;
2. Original and photocopy of valid IDs of both the student-grantee and the authorized representative, each with three (3) specimen signatures;
3. Photocopy of the student-grantee's Landbank ATM Card, with three (3) specimen signatures beside the photocopy.
