IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR ALL GRADUATING STUDENTS

Greetings from the Graduate School!

As you approach one of the most significant milestones of your academic journey, we want to ensure you are fully guided and well-prepared for all activities leading up to your graduation day. Please take note of the following important details and mark your calendars accordingly:

1. Submission of Clearances
📌 Final Deadline: September 27, 2025
(No further extensions will be granted.)
All documentary, academic, and financial requirements must be completed and submitted on or before this date. Incomplete submissions may affect your eligibility for graduation.

2. Graduation Pictorials, Toga Fitting & Rentals
Onsite sessions will be conducted every Friday and Saturday from September 19 to October 4, 2025 at the University.

Program Schedule:

September 19–20, 2025 – Business and Public Administration Programs
September 26–27, 2025 – Nursing Program and PhD (Education)
October 3–4, 2025 – MAED (Education Program)

3. Online Orientation for Graduating Students
📅 September 10, 2025
📍 Platform: Zoom
(Meeting details and links will be posted soon via the Graduate School’s official page.)

4. Graduation Ceremony
The Graduation Ceremony will take place at The Theatre, Solaire Resort and Casino on the following dates:

November 11, 2025 (Batch 1) – Graduates from Business, Nursing, and Public Administration Programs

November 18, 2025 (Batch 2) – Graduates from the Education Program

5. Thanksgiving Mass & Graduation Rehearsals

November 8, 2025 (Batch 1)
November 9, 2025 (Batch 2)

⏰ 9:00 AM – Thanksgiving Mass, immediately followed by Graduation Rehearsals.

🎓 Distribution of academic gowns (toga) and graduation tickets (for graduates and guests) will be done during rehearsals.

Important Reminders:

Mark all important dates and plan ahead to avoid scheduling conflicts.

Attendance in the orientation, rehearsals, and thanksgiving mass is highly encouraged, as these are integral to graduation preparation.

All official updates and announcements will be posted through the Graduate School’s communication channels.
