A proud and momentous day unfolds as we celebrate the Graduation of Batch “Masigain” Class of 2026 and the Basic ROTC Class of 2026, together with the Donning of Ranks of Batch “Mabalantagi” Class of 2027 and Batch “Lakandansik” Class of 2028, held at Ernesto Crisostomo Palanca Hall on 19 April 2026.
Gracing this significant occasion is our distinguished Keynote Speaker, LTC PEDRO R LAYLO JR PAF (RES), whose presence inspires our cadets to continue striving for excellence in service. Also in attendance is the Commandant of the 136th Department of Military Science and Tactics, LTC JESUS V CONSEJA JR PAF, whose leadership and guidance have been instrumental in shaping the corps.
Behind this achievement lies a journey marked by rigorous training, sleepless preparations, and unwavering perseverance. From mastering military drills and formations, weapons familiarization, and tactical exercises, to developing leadership, teamwork, and discipline under pressure—each cadet has endured challenges that tested both strength and character. Through field training exercises, classroom instructions, and countless hours of dedication, they have been honed into individuals ready to lead and serve with honor.
The Donning of Ranks is not merely a symbol of promotion, but a testament to the sacrifices made, the lessons learned, and the trust bestowed upon those who have proven their commitment to the corps. It reflects their growth into capable leaders, prepared to carry greater responsibilities.
As you step forward into the next chapter, may you continue to uphold the values of courage, integrity, and excellence. Padayon, Corps—your journey of service has only just begun.
