Empowering leaders. Building discipline. Inspiring excellence. 💙👮♂️
On February 26, 2026, The Junior Police Organization successfully conducted a meaningful seminar with the theme “Empowering Student Leaders: Strengthening Leadership and Discipline.” This activity aimed to develop stronger leadership values, promote responsibility, and encourage discipline among student leaders from Grade 7 to Grade 10, together with presidents, officers, and representatives from different school organizations.
We were truly honored to have Sir James Lowie T. Generana as our guest speaker. His inspiring message reminded us that true leadership is not about titles or positions, but about responsibility, integrity, and service. He encouraged every student leader to be firm in discipline, confident in decision-making, and committed to being a role model inside and outside the school.
As said by John C. Maxwell,
“ A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way. ”
This powerful quote perfectly reflects the heart of the seminar — leadership means setting the example and guiding others through actions, not just words.
This event was more than just a gathering; it was a step toward shaping empowered, disciplined, and service-oriented student leaders who are ready to make a difference.
Together, we lead. Together, we serve. Together, we grow. 💪✨
